How it Works
At Momentors, we offer a personalized approach to leadership development. When you join our leadership development program, you’ll experience two calls and four emails each month, establishing a consistent foundation for progress. Within this structure, the focus is unique to your individual needs. We understand that leadership takes on various forms in different contexts, and we tailor our guidance accordingly.
Bi-Monthly Calls
You’ll join Kevin on two bi-monthly coaching sessions conducted through Zoom, phone, or in-person meetings. Ideally scheduled within the first two weeks of the month, these sessions serve as reflective discussions on the accomplishments of the prior month. Kevin will then provide constructive feedback and use the insights gained to plan your next steps for the upcoming month.
Accountability Emails
To ensure continuous growth, you'll prepare weekly accountability and responsibility emails to share with Kevin each month. This consistent interaction will keep you on track as you work toward your leadership goals. Kevin personally reviews and offers feedback on your progress, providing insights that will further enrich your development.
